IP, PP, Etc.

IP, PP, Etc.I agree w Matthews50/50 and others re the timing of this PP:  there has to be a deadline or immediate trigger of some sort; otherwise wouldn't be happening.  So Nortel patents seem like the obvious candidate.  Time will tell, and likely tell v. soon.

Re the effect of PP on share price:  I don't see the SP going to 6.60 tomorrow.  This is essentially wholesale price for underwriters, who aren't paying this price so they can sell after closing at the same price.  In retail world, all the factors that have been moving the sp higher are still there, + a new supply of shares to be sold above 6.60.  So basically that's our new floor, and I predict sp settles in 7's for rest of this week, higher if/when more settlements.

No telling how sp will react to news about new patent purchases; that will depend on what they pay for what they get.  So this and the PP add short term complexity, but don't change the basic story.  Still looks pretty good.  Awesome actually.
