RE: RE: RE: News!Keep in mind, if an MOU is material, they have to announce it, so no choice re announcing or not.  Leaving aside $ benefits, from a strategic point of view, the MOU adds momentum.  Strengthens WIN's hand in court to have agreements with as many other parties as possible.  Each new agreement may have specific relevance to a claim before the court, so the more the better.

Like many on this board, I don't get why sp stays low.  As Benjamin Graham says in his classic:  watch the company not the stock, sp always catches up to real value eventually (or words to that effect).  Patience will be rewarded, etc.
