Going to trial????

Going to trial????The rest of these companies thinking of going to trial now, defies all logic.  If they settle now with the others it's no big deal and a level playing field. The extra patient expenses are all pasted along to the customer and the bottom line stays the same. To go to trial and lose, which is highly provable , is irresponsible to say the least. They lose the case ,end up paying treble and have to recoup. those expenses from their customers while trying to compete with the guys who have already signed, in a very coemptive industry. Try explaining that to the shareholders at every quarter for the next 6 or 7 years. It's just not worth the risk.....

Okay Yemen, I have to go out now if it's alright with you?  Have to pick up some things for my ailing wife. Won't be taking the Sears catalogue,..lol  But I am old enough to remember a time when I did and tough enough to have survived it ;-)
