Interesting court doc todayPlaintiff Wi-LAN Inc. (“Wi-LAN”) and Defendants Acer America Corporation, Belkin
International, Inc., D-Link Systems, Inc., Gateway, Inc., Hewlett-Packard Company, and
NETGEAR, Inc. (“Defendants”), by and through their counsel of record, hereby stipulate and
request that the Court order as follows:
(1) All claims between Wi-LAN and Defendants with respect to Defendants’
products containing Wi-Fi semiconductor chip products designed by Ralink Technology
Corporation (“Ralink”), including all claims presented by Wi-LAN’s Complaint and all of
Defendants’ counterclaims with respect to Defendants’ products containing Wi-Fi semiconductor
chip products designed by Ralink, shall be dismissed with prejudice; and
(2) Wi-LAN and Defendants each shall bear their own costs and attorneys’ fees with
respect to the above claims and counterclaims only.
