Thing is right now most of us are wondering if it would have been better to wait until the deals were done . The sp would be much higher and the bargaining position for the Bought Deal would have been much better  with the patent deals all signed. How much better to have that bought deal at $10 /sh. Whether they can prove they had to have the cash when they did we will see  Even though we have the money our outstanding shares  has been diluted  another  10% . When we start to get some momentum in share price and volume are these guys going to start taking profit and killing the momentum once again
We shall see I guess. I think BD guys got One Fantastic Deal.
