RE: Gotta Say It - Best post in a decade

RE: Gotta Say It - Best post in a decadeGotta say it:  this gets first prize for self-indulgent whining, but that's about it.  The assumption that JS personally controls the stock price, and let it (made it?) go down after the settlement announcement out of sheer callous disregard for the emotions of shareholders, not to mention their marital relationships, is the main reason this gets first prize.  If only onlygameboy had studied similar cases where a bunch of holders all have their beady little eyes fixed on the same windfall date, he would know that when the date comes, the sell side gets awfully crowded and the sp goes down until the short termers are out.  Just like MSD when it settled w Samsung in 2004; same thing happened.

C'mon SRK, what happened to that keen analytical mind we've been seeing at work in your posts over the past few months.  (I'm not being sarcastic; you're posts have been a terrific contribution to this board!)  But this one isn't even consistent with your other recent ones, saying JS incompetent, can't manage, etc.  Well, is he incompetent or, as this one implies, nasty, bent on destroying shareholders' marriages and, apparently, competent enough to successfully diddle shareholders?
