Nasdaq

NasdaqActually, cabbieJBJ, on substance of Nasdaq issue, I'm mildly in favour too. Just opposed to black-white arguments (dilution bad!  Nasdaq good!) being pulled out of the box at convenience, regardless of contradictions.

On Nasdaq, it could well be beneficial longterm, due to putting the co. in a bigger sandbox, lowering chances of collusive relationships w underwriters, getting more money in, etc.  But my (mostly painful) experience is that Nasdaq listing doesn't change a wobbly company (ZL, come on down), and a good company will be good whether on Nasdaq or not.  So, not a panacea, certainly not for short term share price issues.  But, yes, at the right moment, could be a positive thing.
