RE: Why I'm voting NO on the poison pillOK, Chi, let me try to get my struggling brain around this.  Management has information about future revenues that would cause the market to revalue the company upwards (significantly, I assume).  But management hasn't made this information public, and won't, because they...er...don't want to? For some reason, not sure what it might be.  And even though there's no poison pill right now, and nothing to stop a takeover right now.  But voting down the poison pill would change their minds, because then there would be no protection against future takeovers ...of the kind that haven't been happening until now, because the poision pill that isn't there has been somehow preventing them.... Or something.  Geez, now I'm losing your train of thought again...  Hmm, there must be some logic in here somewhere....
