Technicals

I'm not a tech analysis guru, but hard to see how these could not be positive at this point: clear breakout, above 200ma, etc. But I'm noticing that Stockhouse'\s propriety tech indicators, signal based on composite indicators(some of which are proprietary and not disclosed) and sentiment based on momentum, are flat at this point. I read the mumbo jumbo on these (just click on them), but it basically says the above. So, tech analysis fans on this board, how about it? How could tech indicators be flat at this point?
