RE: RE: RE: RE: WRT to LG I think we are still okHere's how I read it.  LG did have software in place to use Wi-lan's configuration on the fly ability (key part of patent).  However, they hardwired the US patent configuration so that they would not have to use Wi-lan's unless US changed the configuration.

Subtle, but conceivable.

Thus, no fraud because they were prepared to pay if they used it.  They did not, therefore don't have to pay.

Wi-lan's patent still in place.  But must determine if other companies have taken same approach.  I doubt it, but ...
