It is unfortunate for those ...Based upon reading the judge's statements, it is apparent that LG is in a unique situation wrt v-chip as compared to other tv type companies. I expect that there are not any other companies (or there are - very few) that have a situation similar to LGs and will in the end be paying Wi-lan.
It is unfortunate for those that have sold at a significant loss in that they are unable to recognize this.
