I expect sp to be soft until deal is done, due to various kinds of uncertainty created. When deal is done, nature of dividend going forward etc. will be clear, and win easier to value. Hopefully some announcements will be part of this picture; maybe even from the Msd side of the new entity. Sooner or later we'll be rockin' again.
