It's not that simple. The debentures expiration date only gets extended beyond 2012 if they purchase Mosaid. At least that's what I read from the prospectus. So, Wi-lan is really holding the 200 mil that it had before the debentures - not the 200 mil associated with the debentures if the Mosaid purchase does not go through (beyond 2012).
