I can't believe there aren't more folks here with accounts. Those of us with accounts can read all the court documents for all Wi-lan cases as they occur (except the sealed documents of course). Costs 8c per page. If you're invested with any real money in Wi-lan, I strongly recommend you get an account.

You're right - Wi-lan did provide a response. However, the judge wants to go over it with both parties present. I suspect he has questions. That's my guess.

As a matter of fact, I believe that had the judge sided with the magistrates document, this would all be over. Looks like a good sign to me. But I'm a cup half full kinda guy.
