Sterling

SterlingWe have dropped 300million in mkt cap since Sterling announced the $46/share offer on Oct 28th/2011.

6 weeks later, Wilan is worth less than Mosaid on a mkt cap basis.

Is there any chance that Sterling could drop its bid for Mosaid, and purchase Wilan instead? What would that cost them?

When you compare the 2 companies, Wilan would be a much better buy.

Perhaps this is in the cards.

It doesnt make sense that Wilan is down 40% since dropping out of the Mosaid bid.

Any thoughts?
