RE: Could this be part of the reason for the recen

This certainly could be a big part of the reason for Wilan's recent drop. What does everyone think about this? It seems rather troubling, partly because of the uncertainty it will lead to in the interim, and also because of any potential actions the justice department could take.

What actions could the justice department take that could harm Wilan? Also, what are the potential timelines for changes?

I have heard that they could limit the size of patent acquisitions. Could they also reduce the size of settlements or restrict NPEs from issuing litigation in the first place?

Any thoughts would be appreciated? I have a large investment in Wilan, and I have always been quite worried about any major changes to the patent industry that could have a serious impact on Wilan.
