What was posted here today was a proposed order by Sierra Wireless. The judge has made no order. Read the poster's posts. He doesn't say there was an order. Nor does he say there wasn't. He's trying to create fear.
Don't worry about it. Nothing will happen in this regard until Dec 14. Quite frankly, I wouldn't worry about this over the weekend or at all. The judge is just trying to make all the players play by the rules. They haven't been playing nice with each other. The courts have a lot to lose if this is split up - think about it.
I'm not posting here on this anymore. I suggest that you move to the Yahoo group for Wi-lan. It is moderated. Attempts to create misinformation will not be tolerated. Here, anyone can post anything they want. There is a much greater amount of respect on the Yahoo board. Comments on both the positive and negative are totally acceptable.
