RE: WIN vs LG Court today will... My understanding based on feedback from IR is that this hearing is related only to the "discovery dispute" and not to the main case. In that sense, we should probably not expect anything meaningful to come out of this. The stock seemed to get a pop on the same day that news of the hearing was released, partly from pumpers trying to make a connection between the main case and this hearing. Perhaps that is why we are trending down now, as the pumpers take their gains from this deception.
It is unfortunate the Wilan's share price is ruled by this incredible volatility. The only thing that will help us is material news, which never seems to come.
