Duh, I was just responding to the headline and there are worse scenarios. Interesting I would have thought everybody had considered this angle before. Wilan has always, far as I know, wanted to get the deal done without using the courts. That is what they are doing when everybody is asking "what are they doing". Skippen has stated it usually doesn't get decided in court(or something to that effect). It is not as easy as doing a deal on chat boards. You can always lose.
