RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: WI-LAN Inc. v. Alcatel It seemed to me that my questions were quite reasonable. If one is heavily invested in a stock, one should naturally ask a lot of questions. Given how complex patent litigation can be and the uncertainty surrounding Wilan, it actually is important for all of us to be asking a lot of questions. That is why I thought there would be a lot of dialogue around the defendants request for summary judgment. I think it is wrong to say that I should sell if I am asking these pertinent questions. It is not a question of being able to handle risk. It is a question of taking a rational approach to investing in a high risk company, which involves asking questions.
The defendants argument seemed meaningful on the surface. I just hope it doesn't go through, because the last thing we need is more problems.
