Yes agreed, insightful post from jdti.  I would assume any insider info would be about something short term, maybe early settlement related to July.  So this would be a pot sweetener essentially, viewed against the bigger picture over the next 6 months or so, which looks extremely promising at this point. So I agree, insider buying would be expected unless there is a reason why it can't happen.  But, then again, that bigger picture has been screaming oversold for months now, if not longer, so I would have expected more insider buying all along. 

So here's my question:  why wouldn't they have been doing more buying?  Maybe, as you note, they're just a cautious bunch.  And in fact there is real uncertainty in this story, given unpredictability of litigation outcomes etc.  Not to mention external risks, global economy could go back into the dumpster, etc.  I don't see any other reason, so guess yours is the best.
