Time to buy?

Time to buy?Not sure if it's time to buy; already have my cupboard full unfortunately.  But how many stocks are out there that pay close to 5% yield, have stable revenue and dividend growth, and possible upside that has happened in past?  My main issue has been what if market focuses totally on October, which I think is what's happening, with lots of pessimism, fear, etc.

Recently got copy of WIN's presentation to Canaccord Growth Cont in August (had to ask twice, don't know why they don't just post this stuff if the presentations are important enought to justify press releases in advance).  Mostly well known info, but interesting to me that the pipeline of litigation and related negotiations has lots of back-up for October, however that one turns out.  Jan 014 (Toshiba, Digital TV); Mar. 014 (Blackberry, Bluetooth); April 014 (Alc-Lucent, LTE); May 014 (LG, Dig TV); Nov. 014 (HTC - LTE).

So, lot's of irons in the fire, for the patient holder.  And 4.7% yield while waiting.  Could be worse.
