Sorry to burst everyone's bubble
The Court heard argument, made rulings and carried ruling on Plaintiff’s and Defendants’ Motions in
Limine. Ms. Truelove, Messrs. Kramer, Cooper, Burke and Mathie argued on behalf of Plaintiff. Messrs.
Scarsi, Davis, Lopez, Capshaw, Rusnak and Ms. Heffernan and Ms. Hayes argued on behalf of the
Defendants.
The parties are to continue to meet and confer regarding Exhibit objections. An additional hearing was
set on October 10, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. to handle any remaining objections.
Court adjourned.
