It is anyones guess what the outcome with Apple will be..........Not sure why Industrial Aliance would be dogmatic on such an opaque and unsure situation. I hope they blow the doors off of Apple as they have a couple of more cases pending with Apple as one of the defendents and winning this would certainly influence Apple to perhaps settle pre trial for the two upcoming cases. However....we can not be sure as we have seen in the Texas jury verdict this summer....it really surprised Wilan and the market as we saw with the share price after the announcement.
