It was published yesterday at around 11:00AM ET as an Alpha Rich PRO which only the PRO subscribers can view it for 24 hours. Reached $4.74 cents this morning before the traders came in to take profits. Look, the company has had eight settlements since May, most of them during the last month. Trying to guess which way the court case will go is a fools game. Lets wait and see. Notwithstanding a victory with treble would be awful good for the company and the sector as well.
