Mismanagement examples

Here is another example of how this company is being either mis managed or manipulated.
Cash on hand at start of quarter was $130,394,000. Cash at end of period was $140,988,000.
Yet they reported investment income of $135,000. I could get you double that amount by buying Government of Canada T Bills yielding 0.8%. Who's minding the mint? Who's running the ship? Who's head should be on the line? Who is filling their pockets by doing nothing? Who has the answers?
