RE:RE:5 years for a 5 dollars move if lucky.

RE:RE:5 years for a 5 dollars move if lucky.Like most long term holders, I am not a happy holder at this point, but SR outcome makes sense; no reason to sell at a lowball price when company is actually making money, generating profits and growing.  I wouldn't get too excited about some of the strategic moves, like the new arrangements with law firms:  this is risk management not growth, since the law firms are going to make their money one way or another.

But decisions about what to do now are about future prospects and relative value, which is Egyptian's point.  And when I look at alternatives, don't see many that pay this kind of dividend, have a realistic plan for growth (and divvy increases), and have a definite potential for major positive surprises due to litigation pipeline (Apple this fall, for e.g.), not to mention the appeal (Apple again).  Outcomes in court don't repeat the past, necessarily; each one is a new ball game, so positive outcomes are a genuine possibility.  Mr. Market is bipolar, especially about stocks like WIN; so entirely possible that famine could be followed by a feeding frenzy, if stars align.  So, bottom line, still worth holding, just don't bet the farm.
