RE:RE:Litigation Cap - Brilliant!I don't see the litigation risk-sharing as "brilliant."  More like a modest commons sense move.  The main impact will be to reduce volatility of earnings by smoothing out litigation losses, but also smoothing out gains because law firms are not going to assume risk without getting paid to so so, in the form of increased payments when they win.  So basically it's a form of insurance, not something that will make a long-term difference to income, profitability or (in theory) share price.  At least that's the way it works in the world of the long, where I live.
