RE:investorvote

RE:investorvoteYes, lot's of unhappiness on this board, and certainly the sp and revenue picture gives no reason for joy.  But before blaming management and getting out the whips, it's useful to ask what exactly SK and team should be doing that they aren't.  Lumpy revenues dictate that sometimes short term trend will be down, and forward projections will always be pessimistic because they can't reflect deals that haven't been done yet.  So some of WIN's troubles are due to the nature of the business, not management.  Overall, I see some issues, mostly over-optimistic talk about what's coming and a few misjudgements in the past like going after Mosaid, which basically gave a nice gift to MSD shareholders at our expense.  But overall, not convinced different mgmnt would magically start getting deals done, so not convinced punishment is in order at this point.
