Actg Buyout lurking

Actg Buyout lurkingI’m surprised how little attention ACTG /Starboard is receiving as potential suitors. It’s going to happen. No new CEO, removal from the NASDAQ, Starboard infusing $400 million, adding to ACTG’s $170 million cash, Starboard’s intention to build value in the patent licensing business. What else could Starboard do to build shareholder value with such a large amount of cash in the patent industry? I wouldn’t doubt it if the fund that owns so much quarterhill, is not within arms reach of Starboard. It’s just a matter of time! Apple news would be good, but ACTG INTEREST  in quarterhill is the buyout we have been waiting for.. hopefully at a hefty premium to make it a friendly buyout, thus the need for all that cash!
