RE:A Coser LookThe fact that nobody complained about bonuses and compensation when the company was doing well and sp rising is understandable.  That's what pay for performance is all about.  But in the past 8 years, there has been no performance, yet the compensation continues as if there were.  That's what the complaint is all about.  Management is being told sheet or get off the pot.  They won't do either.
