RE:RE:RE:RE:A Coser Look ufoolme, sounds like you did not optimally listen in 2017.
QTRH said it was diversifying by adding IIoT assets to the IP licensing business. There was no comment on exiting. Just the opposite, Wilan was viewed as a funding source for acquisitions.
Since teh 2017 announcement, there were 3 acquisiitons and it appears that all are working/worked out well, despite some early criticism that QTRH overpaid. Viziya yeilded a 30%++ ROI on disposition. IRD has streamlined and is firing on all cylinders. iComs has been the source of technology driven opportunities for IRD.
Parker was a failure on the acquisition front. I don't care about any of the posturing as to why; the bottom line is he failed to secure approval on any targets. I will give him full credit for acquisition pipeline process and indentifying/implementing organizational efficiencies in all the subs. He also proposed and secured approval on an incentive heavy compensation plan.
We both agree that we hope the "new boy" delivers. He did start by putting his money where his mouth is with a 200,000 QTRH share purchase. Further with his options, he can make a lot of money if the stock price increases. That should give us all some comfort!
That's my recollection and my reality.
