RE:RE:RE:Notice of appeal

100mill- 14 months is maximum time for appeal to be heard is my understanding. Appeals may be heard before the 14 month period and decision given. Again Apple in last year appears to have lost review by supreme court as they have stated they would not entertain at present review of patent cases. Again one day closer to getting our money. Any shareholders who bought stock for successful decision are gone .
