Trump and his admin have done excellent work on fixing the AIA Act and have reversed many anti patent laws brought in by Obama's appointed head of the USPTO Michelle Lee, who was Googles Chief IP Counsel. Talk about the wolf guarding the hen house. She was instrumental in helping bring in the PTAB which was known as the "Patent Dreath Squad" for patent holders like WiLAN. Trump changed all that and brought in Andrei Iancu the new head of the USPTO and brought in Makan Delrahim the new United States Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division that have removed many of the anti patent laws lobbied in by FAANMG (FB,Amazon,Apple,Netflix,MS and Google) We are not out of the wood yet but a Bidden/Camilla will be the final blow to patent rights in the United States which will drage out patent laws 20-25 years instead of the 10-15yrs we are currentley dealing with since they brought inthe AIA Act. Prior to that passage of the AIA Act in 2011 brought in by Democrats, in only took 5 to 6 yrs tops to get a settlement. A Bidden/Camilla is not going to be good inventors and patent holders.
