Yes, this type of volume and accumulation suggests a very positive development in the horizon.

As I mentioned, the technicals suggest a strong move coming with the stock above the 5 and 10 day moving average and a penant formation setup. Additionally, the short term algorithm machines are noticing the setup and are piling in through anonymous.

Remember that when we get above $3 we have seen sharp and quick moves up from that point as most trading houses provide margin on stocks above that level. People wake up one day with 50% margin on their investment and inevitably put more money to work to amplify the upside.
