The interesting thing here is Blackberry wouldn't be shopping this around if they didn't believe there was a market or interest in acquiring patents.

There was very little activity here over the past few years and this is an encouraging sign to see that there is a view that a market for acquiring patents is returning.

To me this is a read through that the patent market hit bottom last year or so ago and the industry has adapted to all the regulatory and legal challenges.
