I did rebuild my position over the past 3 days after selling 1/2 of my stake at 2.80 after Apple appeal was submitted.

It hit a short term trading position setup that has suggested a good entry point with closing above short term MA, and reduced and tightened volatility.

Has been a good indicator of good news in the offing. Got an extra 7% of shares from the trade.
