Let's see what these guys do with the last couple of months left in the calendar year.

If no new deals in the pipeline will have a YoY decline in revenue and EBITDA, which would impact their compensation.

If these guys want to be acquirers in the ITS space, they know the importance of momentum and a good and rising stock price to attract companies to join them.
