100mill- Don't be surprised that in 7 days when cross-appeal is due that our legal team will be asking for a return to the original first trial award of 145 million. Cross-appeals are in most cases alleging that Trial Judge erred in his judgement of 78 million and should be original 145.

Of particular interest is the fact that our legal team of Mckool and the added Jeffrey Lampton are the same lawyers who succeeded in Virnetz case. Jeffrey Lampton rated as one of top Federal Cuircuit lawyers in US.
