That is what everyone believes and why the stock values the fact they have won two jury trials against Apple at $0. Even though they would get $300M CAD if they collect on the judgment and additional sales post trial. Only 5% of Judge Sabaw's patent decisions overturned at CAFC.

This would be an explosive rally if they can get it done. All this Blackberry money being made would flow into QTRH.
