It provides integrate ITS technologies into systems designed to solve and challenging transportation problems.

It could be many different things.

It could be a sale of huge part of patent portfolio. It could be the full sale of WiLan to Private Equity.

It could be a major patent licensing deal with Apple.

And perhaps it could be paired with a transformational purchase of an ITS business.

If they did that this stock could rocket to $10.

Ive seen this trading pattern before. Get your cash in your trading accounts as when this news hits you might have a window to get in a pretty risk free trade.

With Q4 results coming, I think having a new baseline and a new year to work with would be very appealing to them.
