Skippen has the history of being able to pull off a big licensing deal. The first big Nokia deal that led to a first big pump. And then the first Intel wireless deal that set off the wave of settlements of the second big pump.

Although he was demoted to a vice chairman, he is still the big swinging d* in the boardroom. And he knows how to get a big deal done. And he has the most to gain from this upcoming most epic pump.

Skippen and Fattouche want to get paid.
