Umm... that’s good. LG is a big license for three reasons

This is a very important license for three reasons

1.  LG is the second largest TV and display manufacturer in the world.  This covers multiple patent portfolios so the fees should be significant.  This should be in the $30-$50M range.

2.  This should enable a big beat for next quarter and add to the cash pile.

3. WiLan can get a few done with the most painful and recalcitrant infringers.  LG is one of those companies that will never sign a deal unless forced to by the courts.  Could this be a signal that WiLan is willing to get a deal done.  Could the same be done with Apple?
