Yes, I've seen and read it. 

It rehashes the argument that the markman ruling was incorrect and that WiLan impromperly broadened the claim language to suggest that a user device is only a fixed base station and could not be a cell phone.  Apple is doing its best to say that this invention was only directed at base stations.  


The argument to not reverse the original jury verdict was unconvincing.  


WiLan has the last word.  This looks very good for us.
