RE:RE:RE:While we sleep... They can't settle on the "cheap" anymore. As anyone that has read the Apple situation with these crown jewel wireless patents they set the licensing rate at $1/unit with Samsung and Doro and another small player. No other wireless player is signed up to these patents.
People don't realize that if this Apple litigation concludes in WiLan's favour that there are a lot of settlements that would follow as the largest phone manufacturers would have licensing in place at these levels.
