No answerUS litigation cases typically involve filings by the parties as well as decisions and opinions from the courts. There are paid-subscription services, such as Pacer, that allow interested parties to gain access to such litigation documents to the extent they are public. Some documents are subject to protective orders, and such documents would not be accessible via Pacer. With access to Pacer, one can track the documents and rulings in a particular case. There are many filings and decisions in any particular case and we do not comment on interim developments in our litigations. Instead, we typically announce license and settlement agreements as well as trial outcomes.
