Another very reliable indicator is simply the monthly time frame on your chart (green and red candle on black (v_g)) coupled with Stochastics RSI. Both weekly and monthly ELECTED a BUY!

Once volume picks up the technicals become more relavant! Now the monthly basically filters out the games and points to a higher high, higher low, and higher close. Just what you want to see on the last day of the month!

We can easily break out today or they can paint the tape and sucker in some more fools selling at $2.80???
