That went well

That went well

On claims construction and infringement
- Judge Moore dismisses Apple's Lawyer upfront.  Goes right to damages.
- One judge says "I only have one question" on claims construction.
- The third judge engages in "hypothetical" discussion with Apple's lawyer.  Comes up with a clip on example.

These are all consistent with no issues on claims construction.

This all pivots on Damages... More than half of the time is spent on Kennedy's report...

Judge Moore seemed troubled to send this back for a third trial on damages... as she was in VirnetX... and specifically says you should all settle this.

It also sounds positive on Intel.  One judge Trying to understand what the cost of adding the Intel chips to the damages were.  The answer was in the tens of millions.

THIS ALL PIVOTS ON THE FIRST TRIAL MADESITTI OPINION.  IF THAT IS ACCEPTED THEN ALL THE OTHER second trial license ISSUES ARE MOOT.  THAT WAS A VERY POSITIVE EXCHANGE.

Market still believes a 0% chance of a win.  WOW!
