I had 780k shares... and I just bought 3k more with the dividend.  Now 783k shares.

This hearing essentially eliminated the risk of patent invalidated or appple escaping infringement.

It is now just how much money at stake.  The judges couldn't have been any clearer on that.  

I believe this increases the odds of a settlement as Apple's attempt to get the patent killed on claims construction was barely even considered.  Now Apple  has to risk the original award being reinstated vs WiLan with a delay on a third and final trial and damages.  And the court was clear that they would not be happy with that outcome.
