It starts with who is on the board. Everything flows from there, including how clear or unclear Paul Hill was on the call or in the MDA.
Astounding that Motorola announced early on Oct 1 and 6 weeks later (even after the Conf Call) even some analysys are confused.
The BoD should be upset at that. Or the BoD perhaps has failed to stand in shoes of shareholders and realize the reporting/ communication is not clear.
Then again hard to do that for a director if no shares or few shares owned.
The BoD needs a big overhaul.
